Is he mad at me.....?

so theres this guy hes my boyfriend and yesterday he was supposed to meet me next to the bathroom so we could tak and my friend said that he told her he was gonna kiss me and so i was really excited and i went to the bathroom and he didnt show up. he said the next day that his parents told him he had to leave right then and there and thats why he didnt show up. i said its ok i'm the one that's sorry and i told him how my friend told me he was gonna kiss me and he was like yeeaah and then he said i wont let you leave sad today ao he was saying he was gonna kiss me and i waited for him to give me some sign to go somewhere but he never did so i just asked him if he was ok and he said yeah why? and then he was like OOOHHand then i told him to call me and he always refuses to call me for some reason and i can't call him because i'm grounded (i can't send out calls.) then later i was talking to my friend (we stay after school) and i saw him walk into the room to get something from his desk and i just stared at him, not smiling but not glaring and he walked out, glaring at me. is he mad? i told my friend when he was walking away that i think he's mad at me and then he flung his head around and gave me an evil look, again. if he is mad then why is he?? if hes not then why did he glare at me.....
