Why do HotJobs, Monster, & CareerBuilder only offer jobs in hospitality, marketing, & sales?

I can't seem to find what I qualify for. & also, you have to have good credit or have a good driving record. Or they always require SOME qualification I don't have. I have a learner's permit since I moved to Texas & have to take the driving test all over again. & they also want you to have a dependable car, which I don't have. & they want experience. I have almost no job experience.
