I have a serious USPS Question?

if you sent certify a letter or package, then that item do need a signature requires..otherwise, the item will goes back to the usps and attempt to the delivery again when someone there will be able to sign for it..if not after 1 week, the item will be return to sender as 'un-attempt delivery item' or 'unable to delivery'
