Ok, i have no clue what to do!?

i'm going to Busch Gardens with a (guy) friend. he said he would give me a ride, but i seriously doubt my parents will let me go with him. i don't know how to ask them that would give me the most chance of letting me go with him. how should i ask them? what should i say?!
