What should i know about opening a bar in bogota colombia?

Just a question.....i am looking to open a small bar or lounge in Bogota . maybe 100-150 person capacity. Does anybody have experience with this? Ideas about cost? Has anyone tried this with success (american or european extranjero)? Most likely not looking to serve food (maybe some small and easy appetizers.....but that would be it. Any advice or experience will be taken gladly....thanks also i am colombian born so please no criticism for being a foreigner
