Someone help me understand about my ex? advice needed, ASAP!?

me and my ex have been split up for about 4 months now, we'v had such a bad break up, i never handled it well, he broke up with me and now im not sure, he said he didnt wanna be with anyone and wanted to be on his own yet he now has another gf who hes never met and laready saying i love you too after less than 2 months? what is that all about. i dont want him back, well maybe i do but its wrong to, i guess i just want to understand, hes said he hates me, doesnt care about my feelings andthats hard to understand when he went from me being the one for him and never wanting to be without me???? how does it make sense? hes deleted me out of his life and we've not spoke in about 2/3 months? HELP??!!
