Job tribulations where i work it seems no matter what shift i am on either days or aftsi get stuck doing most?

of the work , while ohhers walk around talking on cellphones if that was me i would be in ****, and either there is too much or too little work. and now they have hired 5 new people .which takes away workfrom me , does thi make sence? any suggestions
