Asking a question about child custody?

My son's my move to another state without mines and the court premission she left several months ago and i found out back in nov didn't know what to do until a couple weeks ago i'm filing a motion to for a change of custody and she has sole,legal custody. The domicle states that the domicile or residence of the child my not be moved from Michigan without the approval of the court and the custodian shall promptly notify the court when the child is moved to another state. I was wondering can she be held in contempt of court for moving?
